About Me - Andy Paterson
I have spent the last
34 years working in the Food and Wine Industry - trained
and qualified as a chef, progressed to restaurant
manager and sommelier at Michelin starred restaurants,
became a fine wine broker in London and then a fine
wine merchant in the North of England for the last
17 years.
In August 2001 I made the decision to set up my
own business and The Halifax Wine Company was born.
I have a passion for selecting and selling hand
picked wines of distinction, especially wines from
Portugal and Spain.
